Farewell, my colleague

Another 2 days my colleague will leave us behind and proceed better career. Though we feel sad of her leaving, but we are happy that she has found better opportunity compare to her current position. She has been working and supporting us for a year. She has gone through all the up and down issues during her working in my company. She is one of our entertainer, whenever she's around, all the jokes will be around as well, make the whole office become alive.

After your leaving, office will back to normal, an quiet office. A tiny needle drop from sky can be heard (can you imagine how quiet is?!! Don't leave us!!!!!!!!!!). It's sad of your leaving (*sob sob*), but no matter what, we'll support you always (this is what friends are for!). Take care yourself and keep in touch with us always! May God bless you.

A Manager.......

Today one of the stupid manager (whom i do not respect at all.. luckily I'm not reporting to him) called up and said our phone setting has problem. It keeps ringing at their warehouse. Well, the phone line was set up as a hunting line, which anyone of us can pick up the calls. He insists to send an email out and wanted to drag me into the scenario (with no reason at all!), and put his BIG BOSS in the loop by covering his "cha cheng" (totally no idea what to cover his ass also..?!!!), asking and telling all sort of stupid Q & A and even ask his BIG BOSS what is the number he usually called to our office, which our main hunting line is ONLY 1 number... geng! What a really stupid question asking his BIG BOSS!! I really wouldn't know how the BIG BOSS will react on his subordinate. Or maybe both of them are same kind of people??!!

Since he wanted to send email by dragging me into scene, no choice but I have to react on it. Explain and blah blah blah... (just a phone line, why make things so big deal?) ... that phone is hunting line and blah blah.. there goes all the explaination (why i got to drag into such situation? Nothing to do with me also!!) . In return, what i got the email from BIG BOSS that we (office level) nowadays did not picking up the phone calls, which his statement really make an imbalance to all of US! Who said we never attempt all the calls from customers and vendors? Do we need to report which customers and vendors we had picked up & the time to him? Kns! Never judge and jump into conclusion, by just listening to that stupid manager one side, where he is trying to backstab all of us!

Like i said, both stupid BOSSes really "yat tam tam" and I'm so sick of this working environment! Uurgghhh!!! Such an unhealthy working place! Everyday have to start the "war"! Why can't everyone just sit down and do your own task peacefully? Why everyday have to create mess to everyone? Any benefits from being doing this? What will you get? From the above scenario, it is a veryx5 small matter and he can turn the situation into a HUGE TROUBLE...

No one in my company likes to deal with him. I really have doubt. How come company can hire someone like him, who receive higher pay than us, but totally have no knowledge and management skills at all. Ohya, I forgot. 2 best skills from him: "backstabbing" and "pushing responsibility" and best statement "I know this, I know that", but in fact he doesn't know anything. In the end, we, as lower level staffs have to teach him back. I guess my company is really rich enough, willing to pay such high salary with such skills. Perhaps, we don't have such skills, that is why our pay is low.

Stress Stress Stress..!!

Stress stress stresssssss..! another a week to go for my exam... so much of things to read and write. Gosh.. working and studying at the same time are not that easy. All the tiredness and stress are bounced to you. When i first took up the course, I thought i would manage time well and took up the stress but never thought of the stress would be that heavy. Everyday so much of things to do.. i'm getting demotivated. After taking up the course, no more free time for personal life. All the time has dumped into my study hours.. I'm getting frustrated and unable to manage time well, a balance with personal, study and working life.

Nothing much can do at this moment. I hope i can over come this 1 week ahead and with my full force of energy to complete the exam. May God bless me and all the people who are taking exam.
